Refund and Returns Policy

At Zooman, we take the health and safety of our customers very seriously. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Hygiene Standard: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any personal wellness products (including silicone sleeves/condoms) once the original packaging has been opened or the seal is broken.
Unopened Items: You may return an item within 7 days of delivery only if it is in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

You must provide a clear Unboxing Video and photos of the defect to process your claim.
Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return (unopened item) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as a store credit or via bank transfer to the customer’s provided account.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
